Tasha Timmins, Director
I have begun my studies in nursing and took some child psychology courses as well as early childhood courses. I also completed my CDA course and took several management courses as well.
I have been employed at Crayon Campus for eleven years. I have taught the pre-school classes, pre-k, and summer camp programs. I can honestly say my favorite was pre-k.
I was given the opportunity to become the Assistant and maintained that title for two years before the opportunity presented itself to become the Director.
When I became the Director, I wanted to ensure that I created an environment among the staff that was positive and nurturing. I wanted to challenge them to not just be happy with the minimum, but push them to be their maximum self, not only for them, but for their students. The teachers are just that, teachers so I wanted them to act and feel as such. We don’t just sit around and play all day, we teach not only academics but what it means to care about people and be a good person.
I want our parents to know, feel, and believe that their presence of joining our family is of great value to us and they will be provided with the utmost care and respect as well as an excellent education.
My Faith is very important to me so the fact I am a part of a Faith based program means the world to me. Our parents love that we are a Faith based school that provides Chapel on Fridays.
I have been married for twelve years to my amazing husband Brandon. We have three kids, Simone, Braylen, and Simorah, that keep us super busy between sports and school activities.
In my spare time I love to travel, shop, eat….I love food and sleep! I look forward to being able to continue to have long lasting relationships with our current families as well as potential families. Crayon Campus is full of wonderful teachers and I am proud to say this is our School!
Christina Montez, Assistant Director
I’ve had the privilege of being a part of the Crayon Campus family since 2014. I was in the medical field for 15 years when I decided to pursue my first passion, which is teaching children. God placed me here at Crayon Campus, where I have been very happy and fortunate to work with many different age groups. I have a great passion for children and their families and I am committed to providing your child with a loving and developmentally sound foundation for a lifetime of learning.
