We have two toddler rooms: Busy Bees (12 to 18 months) and Little Rangers (18 to 24 months) with a ratio of 1:5 for Busy Bees and 1:6 for Little Rangers.
Through daily written and verbal communication you will be informed about every part of your toddler’s day. We ensure that you remain the most significant and important adult in your baby’s life. We also use Baby Signs and a Bible curriculum called “The Children’s Beginner’s Bible”.
We also put out a monthly calendar that shows the following:
- Art Themes for the Month
- Colors for the Month
- Shapes for the Month
- Baby Signs for the Month
- Special Events and Activities for the Month
As your infant’s curiosity leads them to take their first steps, we encourage them to embrace “toddlerhood”. Planned activities promote curiosity and will allow your toddler to exercise his or her budding independence. Our toddlers eagerly embrace the world around them as they experience captivating circle time, stimulating sensory opportunities and physical play activities. Other milestones, such as self-feeding, early language and socialization skills are encouraged and supported by our exceptional teachers.
We also begin to enrich your child’s preschool experience by introducing regular visits from respected children’s entertainers and performers. Children are delighted by visits from Mother Goose, the Princess Storyteller, Alphie the Elph, Santa, Bernice the Bunny, and many other.
