About Us
God’s plans for our lives always tremendously exceed anything we could plan for ourselves. As we write this, it has been twelve years since God planted the seed in us to open a center to care for children in our community. He has blessed us in ways we had never Anticipated. not through financial gain and prosperity, although His provision has always been sufficient, but through opportunities to increase in faith and love.
We have been serving the children of Grand Prairie since January, 1994. While we began with a total enrollment of 5 children, the centered quickly filled to a capacity of 153 as word spread of the loving, Christian environment and learning opportunities available to children at Crayon Campus.
We take seriously the trust our parents place in us when they choose Crayon Campus to care for their children. We would be honored to care for yours.
Crayon Campus is conveniently located at 4118 Robinson Road in South Grand Prairie. Our campus encompasses approximately two acres and includes a 9500 square foot building and 6 distinct, age-appropriate playgrounds.
Our facility has 14 monitored classrooms serving ages 4 weeks to 12 years. Our Food Service staff provides nutritious snacks and hot lunches in our large, commercially-equipped kitchen. Children ages 2-12 are served in a separate dining area to eliminate messy food spills in the children’s classrooms.
Controlled Access Facility
Our center was built with a focus on ensuring the safety of our students. A controlled access system was incorporated into our facility’s design to enable us to deny access to our center if necessary. However, our parents and staff are issued an electronic key which provides them access to our center during normal business hours.
Military Families
We accept Military fee assistance from NACCRRA. Visit www.NACCRRA.org for eligibility requirements.
Many of our schools have partnered with the National Association Child Care Resource and Referral Agency (NACCRRA) to offer active duty military (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine, National Guard and Reserves) assistance and reduced tuition rates when child care at a military installation is not available. Contact your school of choice for information.
